Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Place your unworn, unwashed scrubs with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure mailing box.

Attach the Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
